We would like to introduce you to our Virtual Coaching Camp, an upcoming leadership development initiative scheduled for Fall 2012. Look for us in Calgary, Toronto and Halifax.

This 1- day learning/networking opportunity is designed to enhance leader confidence and capability in the coaching arena. We will explore with you the realities, success, challenges and best practices of virtual coaching.

This experiential workshop will help to create self-awareness, offer skill practice, and perspective taking resulting in leadership reflection to help facilitate transfer of your learning back into the workplace. Our session numbers are limited to 16 participants to allow for meaningful exchange.

Learn about your preferred leadership style; involve yourself in a case study, engage in robust dialogue, learn what level of trust you operate from and why? Transition from the session asking yourself; what do I need to stop, start and/or continue doing to enrich my coaching capability?

Let us help simplify what sometimes feels like a daunting accountability.

Join business professionals and the team at Creative Partners in Performance Inc. as we do a bit of a deep dive into what inspires and motivates versus the triggers that diminish the potential for higher performance.
